The mission of Citizen Yoga is to improve mental health and prevent suicide through personal growth and transformation. Yoga at the Big House is an annual celebration of our mission, where we bring together over 1,000 community members to normalize conversations about mental health and suicide.
In 2024, we are centering the belief that mental health begins at the roots. Together, we will fundraise for three local organizations that work to water the roots of mental health across family structures and throughout the lifespan in profound and impactful ways.
