We have three showers stocked with shampoo and conditioner, changing rooms, and a communal prep area to get ready for your day. We also offer mat storage for $5 a month!

SUBSIDY PROGRAM

We currently offer unlimited $5 drop-ins to all Bedrock and FOC team members. To inquire about establishing a subsidy program with your workplace, please email info@citizenyogastudio.com. We also offer corporate private classes, great for team building!

FREE PARKING

We validate Z-lot parking for up to two hours. It’s most convenient to enter the garage from the Gratiot Avenue entrance. Use your credit card to enter the lot & grab a validation from the studio’s front desk before or after class.

Our alignment-based classes are designed for students of all experience levels. To help you de-stress, we place a strong emphasis on helping you learn techniques that integrate the body, breath, and mind. We strive to help you get out of your “to-do” list and onto your mat.
