COUNTDOWN TO SPRING WITH A YOGA CHALLENGE
How: Practice yoga every day + follow our daily prompts. Set a goal to complete all 10 days!
When: March 11 – 20, 2022
Where: In-Studio or Live Online
Why: Our mission at Citizen Yoga is to improve mental health and prevent suicide through personal growth + transformation. Manifest through 10 days of practice + prompts to the culmination of your big vision, goal or dream on the Spring Equinox, Mar 20.
3 Months of Unlimited Yoga or a Manifestation Kit
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Download our challenge card. Print or save to a device to keep track of your participation. If you’re participating on social media, screen shot our IG/FB virtual calendar graphics below. (scroll down for challenge cards)
- Take class every day + complete the challenge prompts. Cross off the completed days and post the virtual calendar on social media to share your journey + connect with friends. Be sure to tag @citizenyoga.
- Submit your completed challenge card by Mar 23 to any studio, email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or send completed social graphic through DM’s on Instagram.
JOIN US FOR A SPRING VENDOR FAIR
Visit any of our 3 studios on Sunday, March 20 for a special small business fair. There will be a fun variety of businesses and artists to welcome the Spring Equinox. Come for class and stay for the fun!
