With Erica Treais

Time: 11:15am-1:15pm

Date: Nov. 10

Using props to support our practice, we’ll learn to mindfully build strength + apply it to traditional asana. Erica will guide you in exploring the subtitles of our deep core muscles and in return find strength throughout the rest of the body. Using blankets and resistance bands as our primary props for this practice, we’ll learn to awaken major muscle groups as they apply to a wide range of asana.
Price: $30

With Ann Fancy

Time: 5:45pm-8pm

Date: Nov. 13

A part of our Invest in Your Soul series, Ann Fancy will be leading a workshop + book swap that connects us and helps us further align with ourselves on a deeply profound level. Together, we will address topics, such as: What does it mean to live in soulful alignment? How do we garner wisdom from these resources and really integrate them into our living waking lives. What would it feel like to live in greater coherence with your soul? What would that even look like for you? How would you feel? Let’s dig deep into our own selves and create an action plan to step into a great sense of coherence with your most divine and highest self.
Bring a book (or many) that you are ready to pass on to another reader. Ideal books would fall into the following categories: spirituality, self-help, personal growth, inspiration, religious, eastern thought, metaphysics, or psychology.

If you don’t have a book to swap, no problem. Just come! We will have plenty to share! While we will not be practicing yoga during this workshop, there will be meditation, so please wear/bring something comfortable.

Price: $20
